Frequently Asked Questions

Where are my tickets?

Once you have paid for tickets online your tickets will be emailed.  You can print these or bring these to the event on a mobile device (phone, tablet etc.).  If you can’t find the tickets in your email inbox do check your spam folder as your filter may have directed them there.

How do I buy tickets?

You can buy tickets online in advance or from the box office at the event on the day.  Please note that many events sell out beforehand so that tickets will not always be available on the day.  This is particularly so for events with a limited number of places such as walking or workshop events.

Apply to people aged 65 or over; students (student card required); state benefit card-holders and children under age 16 unless other pricing is indicated.

We do not offer refunds on tickets.

If you let us know about return ticket(s) at least 24 hours before the performance, we may be able to resell them on your behalf. If the ticket(s) are successfully resold we will credit your card with the ticket price, minus an administration fee per ticket, however, please note that we must sell all of our own tickets first, before we will offer returned tickets for resale. Even for events which have previously sold out we cannot guarantee successful resale of all returned tickets.

You can transfer tickets to a friend or relative if you can find someone else to use them.  In this case they will need to give your name when they present themselves at the box office.
