Event Guide Delivery and Distribution

The programmes for the festival are distributed door to door by volunteers. Our brochures are due to be delivered on 14th April for distribution over the following fortnight.

Event Guide Delivery
If you are able to help and fancy getting some exercise over the next few weeks, it would be great to see you and any friends who can engage to help too. Contact volunteer@dulwichfestival.co.uk with details of the street(s) you would like to deliver or details of your area and we can find you some delivers nearby. Guides are due to drop 14th April to be distributed over the following fortnight.

Local distribution hubs
Boxes of Guides are being delivered to local ‘Hubs’ to make it easier for people to collect guides and to spread the distribution load a little. We are looking for a few more people to act as hubs in their area. This would involve housing 3-12 boxes of leaflets and being availble to hand them to volunteers or to deliver to people in your area

Distribution Support
It is easy to pick up Event Guides from a HUB but not everyone has transport so some people will need to have guides delivered to their door. If you can help with this contact volunteer@dulwichfestival.co.uk
