Event production/operation

We have several events that have special requirements

Children’s art Competition Exhibition preparation
When: 12th – 20th May; exhibition: 20th May
We need individuals and small teams help:

Prior to the event
– collect entries ready for the judging which takes place on Saturday 13 May
– To mount the Judges selected winning entries
– to contact parent/carer of winning entrants and invite them to the prize giving ceremony
– To prepare display boards of other entries
– To prepare labels
– To help prepare material for the audience involvement

Childrens art Competition Exhibition – On the exhibition Day – 20 May
– To put up display boards and winning entries 19 May
– Steward for a period during the day
– To help with audience involvement
– To help with the prize giving Ceremony
