Heavy Pencil

Join us for an evening of live drawing, projections, music, dancing and creative workshops. Illustrators Andrew Rae, Chrissie Macdonald (aka Moonhead Studios) and special guests invite the creative community to come together and let loose in the historic home of Lord Bovril.

Launched in 2008 at the ICA London, Heavy Pencil is an event that invited illustrators to draw live in response to music. The night evolved into multi-disciplinary collaborations showcasing artists, musicians, set and costume designers in venues including Pick Me up at Somerset House.
