Rhythms of the Diaspora: Sunset Rooftop Yoga with Tamil Instrumentals

A soulful yoga flow accompanied by live Tamil instrumental music.

This special session blends mindful movement, breath, and the rich cultural soundscape of traditional Tamil instruments, elevated by the beauty of an open-air rooftop setting at dusk.

Tamil instrumentals are at the heart of this experience for a reason: in Tamil, Oru means ‘for one’. Oru Space are a Sri Lankan owned business, with our co-founder and CEO Vibushan Thirukumar being Sri Lankan Tamil, these sounds are an expression of cultural lineage, memory, and belonging.

This session is designed to leave attendees feeling nourished, inspired, and deeply connected, to themselves, to community, and to the ancestral rhythms that move through us.

The yoga flow will be suitable for all levels.
