Festival Youth Concert

Dear Music Colleagues,

It is with great delight that we can now confirm that the Youth Concert in the Dulwich Festival will be taking place at Kingsdale School on Tuesday 16th May at 7pm in The Pod. It would be wonderful to have a group from your school to perform in this event.

We would like to make the experience as pleasurable as possible for the pupils involved. we would be very grateful if colleagues take note of the following:

* Please ensure that your contribution does not exceed 5 minutes in length.
* Where possible, smaller groups are appreciated due to the capacity of the venue.
* Groups will be seated with their teachers in the first four rows of The Pod until two items prior to their performance. At this point they should exit quietly between items to the warm-up area in the library/foyer. Performers can return to catch the rest of the concert in the interval following subsequent performances.
* Please forward details of your repertoire and names of children involved in the item to Rose Chapman, Festival Co-ordinator to prepare the running order and printed programme: see contact details below.
