Woo Jin Joo & Alison Wing Yin Poon

A collaborative exhibition showcasing the art of Alison Wing Yin Poon and Woo Jin Joo. The exhibition will be complemented by ceramic and textile pieces created by pupils during workshops led by these artists, where the boys explored themes of cultural identity, domestic craft, and mythical stories.

Alison Wing Yin Poon
Alison Wing Yin Poon is a multidisciplinary artist exploring themes of belonging through a materially focused practice. Her sculptures incorporate ceramics, fabric, and rattan furniture, often with animalistic characters that inhabit domestic spaces.

Woo Jin Joo
Woo Jin is a textile artist who works predominantly with embroidery. Based in London, her practice explores her East Asian heritage through mythology, folklore, and shamanism and how these ancient belief systems manifest in contemporary culture.
