FAQs

Where are my tickets?

Once you have paid for tickets online via Eventbrite your tickets will be emailed. You can print these or bring these to the event on a mobile device (phone, tablet etc.). If you can’t find the tickets in your email inbox do check your spam folder as your filter may have directed them there.

How do I buy tickets pre-event?

All tickets must be purchased online through Eventbrite. Please note that many events sell out beforehand, so we encourage you to book early. This is particularly so for events with a limited number of places such as walks or workshop events. For many events, we are restricted in numbers due to venue capacity, Covid precautions and audience safety.

Can I buy tickets at the event?

If an event is not sold out, you may be able to purchase ‘on the day’ tickets at the venue via Eventbrite, on your mobile device (phone, tablet etc.). Our box office staff will be able to manually process Eventbrite sales if you do not have access to the Eventbrite ticketing page on your own device.

Our event ticketing is cashless. We cannot accept cash or cheques for ticket sales.

Concessions

Apply to people aged 65 or over; students (student card required); state benefit card-holders and children under age 16 unless other pricing is indicated.

I have got a question

Please email coordinator@dulwichfestival.co.uk or complete the contact form. We will reply to you as soon as possible.

I would like to volunteer

There are many ways you can volunteer to help with the festival. We always need people to help with distributing and delivering programmes, and also to help steward events.

Please email volunteer@dulwichfestival.co.uk or complete the volunteering form.

How can I become a sponsor?

Please email sponsorship@dulwichfestival.co.uk

Returns

We do not offer refunds on tickets.

If you let us know about return ticket(s) at least 24 hours before the performance, we may be able to resell them on your behalf. If the ticket(s) are successfully resold we will credit your card with the ticket price, minus an administration fee per ticket, however, please note that we must sell all of our own tickets first, before we will offer returned tickets for resale. Even for events which have previously sold out we cannot guarantee successful resale of all returned tickets.

You can transfer tickets to a friend or relative if you can find someone else to use them. In this case they will need to give your name when they present themselves at the box office.

Public Transport

There are regular train services from London Victoria to Herne Hill and West Dulwich stations (on the Orpington line). There are also frequent services from London Bridge to East Dulwich and North Dulwich stations. For information on bus routes, phone London Travel Information 020 7222 1234 or visit www.tfl.gov.uk.
