Performance details on the site are subject to change without prior notice. Should this be the case we will contact those with tickets by email where this is practical.

By logging on, you will be assuming all risks associated with use of the site, including risk of your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via the Dulwich Festival site or your access to it.

Conditions of Sale

Every member of the audience or event visitor must have a valid ticket unless otherwise described.

Latecomers – admission is not guaranteed although offered wherever possible.

Ticket holders consent to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience.

Dulwich Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or attendance to any patron.

Members of the audience or event visitors should follow the instructions of the event stewards
Smoking is not permitted at any event.

Cameras and recording equipment, etc. are only allowed by prior consent of the artist or performer. Their use must not impact on the enjoyment of the event by other members of the audience.  Use of any such equipment must be cessed if requested by a steward.

Mobile phones, pagers and watches should be silenced before joining any event.

Dulwich Festival reserves the right to make any alterations to an advertised programme rendered necessary by unavoidable causes.

We do not offer refunds on tickets.

If you let us know about return ticket(s) by email to coordinator@dulwichfestival.co.uk at least 24 hours before the performance, we may be able to resell them on your behalf. If the ticket(s) are successfully resold we will credit your card with the ticket price, minus an administration fee per ticket, however, please note that we must sell all of our own tickets first, before we will offer returned tickets for resale. Even for events which have previously sold out we cannot guarantee successful resale of all returned tickets.

You can transfer tickets to a friend or relative if you can find someone else to use them. In this case they will need to give your name when they present themselves at the box office.

You must be over 18 to buy or consume alcohol at any event where alcohol is served.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Dulwich Festival conforms to the Data Protection Act 1998.
